We are seeking an experienced Production Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating operational logistics, planning and organizing production runs, and maintaining inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate operational logistics of the organization, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing costs.
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Consult with production supervisors to schedule production runs in a cost and time-efficient manner.
  • Prepare and maintain progress reports, tracking key performance indicators and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and timely restocking.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in production coordination, logistics management, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
