Brand Director

We are seeking a seasoned Brand Director to spearhead the development and implementation of a cohesive brand strategy for Prodigy Education. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for aligning our brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition with our mission and values.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that unifies our mission, values, and unique strengths for each of our target customers.
- Define and communicate the brand's overarching positioning, messaging, and value proposition, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to strategize integrated campaigns and initiatives that effectively deliver on the brand's message and values.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone of voice across all channels.
- Lead a creative team, fostering a collaborative and motivational environment that drives innovation and growth.
- Oversee the development of creative assets and content that resonate with target audiences and reinforce brand positioning.
We are looking for a highly experienced Brand Director with a proven track record in brand strategy development, positioning, and identity management. You should have a keen focus on both the big picture and tactical execution, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Key qualifications include:
- Extensive brand and creative experience.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and holistically.
- Capacity to analyze complex situations and conceptualize plans to achieve outcomes.
- Proficiency in leveraging data analytics and insights to inform brand strategy.
- Proven project management skills.
- Change management experience.
