About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at Mr John's Real Kerala Kitchen. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Operations: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, manage kitchen operations, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and ensure that all staff members are aware of and adhere to food safety and hygiene procedures.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed, and ensure that all kitchen equipment is in good working order.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
