Dilawri Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join the team at Frost GM.

As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Actively selling and leasing new and pre-owned vehicles
  • Upholding effective processes and procedures to improve sales and profitability
  • Training staff to meet consumer needs and manufacture programs, as directed by the Sales Manager
  • Ensuring all department staff are licensed and trained prior to communicating with customers
  • Assisting in closing all new and pre-owned vehicle sales with Sales & Leasing Consultants
  • Ensuring that Sales & Leasing Consultants follow-up by telephone with customers seen, within 24-hours of the initial visit to the Dealership
  • Meeting all predetermined sales targets and forecast

Requirements:

  • Strong professional background in sales and customer service
  • Drive for excellence
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Valid Driver's License for Ontario
  • Valid OMVIC License
  • Experience with OneEighty, vAuto, and AutoAlert an asset
