Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Petro Canada. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Direct and control daily store operations, ensuring seamless execution of sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Staff Management: Manage and supervise staff, including recruiting, hiring, and training new employees.
- Market Research: Study market trends and consumer demand to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
- Staffing and Scheduling: Determine staffing requirements and create schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or sales environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
