Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Torrential Dynamics Ltd.
Job Summary:The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and determining merchandise and services to be sold. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to develop and implement marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient operation of the retail business
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, based on market trends and customer demand
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to meet business needs
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth business operations
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail business setting
- Permanent employment with 35 to 40 hours per week
- English language proficiency
The Assistant Manager will work in a fast-paced retail business environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, adaptability, and analytical skills.
