- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales, increase customer engagement, and enhance brand awareness.
- Staffing and Recruitment: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire, and supervise staff to ensure adequate coverage and high-quality service.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role, with a strong background in operations, customer service, and staff management.
- Language: Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
