Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Bourbon St Grill. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Train and develop the skills of our kitchen team members to ensure they have the knowledge and expertise to deliver exceptional results.
- Inventory Management
- Estimate and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our purchasing decisions.
- Quality Control
- Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Tasks
- Prepare food order summaries for our chef and other kitchen staff.
- Maintain accurate records of work schedules, employee hours, and other administrative tasks.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Language
- Fluent in English
- Work Environment
- Fast-paced environment with high pressure to meet customer demand

- Client-focused with excellent interpersonal skills
- Flexible and able to work well in a team environment
