Job Description

Your Choice Moblie Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations, recruiting and supervising staff, and conducting performance reviews.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and Control Daily Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of the store, including managing inventory, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and addressing customer complaints.
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement daily schedules, manage staff assignments, and coordinate with other departments as needed.
  • Recruit, Hire, and Supervise Staff: Attract, select, and train high-performing staff members, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews: Regularly evaluate staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and make recommendations for promotions or disciplinary action.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Supervision: 1 to 2 people
