Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional dining service to our residents, setting the tone for a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with training and development of team members to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining room, adhering to our strict sanitation and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and execute special events and menus that delight our residents.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory, cleanliness, and readiness of the dining area.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards related to food service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum one year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full-service senior living.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
