Dining Room Manager

At Sunrise Senior Living, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dining Room Manager to join our team. As a Dining Room Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents, ensuring that every meal is a delight for the senses.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of dining staff to provide exceptional service to residents
- Assist with training and development of team members
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Assist with special events and functions
- Monitor and maintain proper checklists for dining area cleanliness and readiness
- Assist with table top inventory management
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding food service
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of one year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competent in organizational and time management skills
- Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
