Dining Room Manager

At Sunrise Senior Living, we're passionate about providing exceptional care and services to our residents. As a Dining Room Care Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive top-notch dining experiences.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional dining service to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to Sunrise Senior Living's standards.
- Assist with special events and functions, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional service.
- Monitor and maintain checklists to ensure the dining area meets regulatory requirements and Sunrise Senior Living's standards.
- Responsible for handling food and beverages in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum one year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain a high level of organization and time management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competent in problem-solving and decision-making skills.
