Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dominos. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality in our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless food preparation and service.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, providing guidance and training on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize operations.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are adequately trained and equipped to meet the demands of the role.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
Working Conditions:
- Standing for extended periods.
