Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dominos. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing training in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
  • Standing for extended periods.

  • Team player.
Language:
  • English.
Work Hours:
  • 30 to 35 hours per week.
