Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Support Analyst to join our team at Shared Health. As an Infrastructure Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in maintaining the security and integrity of our digital systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to security alerts and customer-reported cybersecurity issues
  • Support cybersecurity incident response and vulnerability management practices
  • Ensure managed security services are deployed and operating
  • Maintain the security awareness program
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in enterprise information technology providing infrastructure support
  • Experience managing service requests and incidents using an ITSM tool
  • Diploma in information technology from an accredited postsecondary institution
  • Vendor and industry certifications in specific technologies and functions are assets
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices, including incident management, change management, and problem management
  • Knowledge of information security frameworks, such as ISO 27001, CIS Controls, NIST CSF, and COBIT
  • Familiarity with incident response and crisis management procedures is considered an asset
