Job Title: Infrastructure Support Analyst 3

Shared Health is seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Support Analyst 3 to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our complex network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and maintain network operations in a 24x7x365 system critical environment
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for network-related issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve network performance
  • Develop and implement network security policies and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure the network remains secure and efficient
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise information technology providing infrastructure support
  • Strong knowledge of network management, security, and virtualization
  • Experience with vendor-specific support tools and technologies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Education and Certifications:
  • Diploma in information technology from an accredited postsecondary institution
  • Vendor and industry certifications in specific technologies and functions (such as CISSP, MCSE, CCNP and ITIL) are assets
Physical Requirements:
  • Typical of working at a computer in an environmentally controlled office environment
  • Lifting and moving large computer equipment up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work in an on-call rotation and occasional overtime
