  • Sales and Merchandising
    • Determine sales strategies and tactics to drive sales growth and meet customer needs.
    • Plan and execute sales promotions and events to drive sales and customer engagement.
    • Manage and maintain sales displays and visual merchandising to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Manage and maintain sales records and reports to track sales performance and customer data.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail management role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Energetic and positive attitude.
    • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Organized and detail-oriented with a focus on results.
