Retail Sales Director Job Description

At Dawson Creek Husky, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Sales Director to join our team.

About the Role:

The Retail Sales Director will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, managing staff, and assigning duties. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and control daily operations of the retail store.
  • Manage staff, assign duties, and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
