At ENGINEERINGUK, we're seeking a Senior Talent Strategist to join our Consulting team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in driving organizational transformation and future-proofing our workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the proposal, planning, and delivery of consulting engagements with a focus on talent, workforce strategy, and people services.
  • Provide strategic People Advisory Services to drive business growth and improve organizational performance.
  • Manage project planning, scheduling, and financials, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Develop high-quality deliverables, including reports, presentations, and correspondence, that meet client expectations.
  • Maintain quality control and apply specialized knowledge to anticipate and address client issues or key risks.
  • Network with clients and stakeholders, identifying business development opportunities and leading proposal preparation and delivery.
  • Mentor and coach team members, promoting professional and personal development through clear expectations, feedback, and performance reviews.
  • Contribute to strategic and operational planning, driving innovation and process improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, organizational development, or a related field.
  • CPHR, Prosci, CMC, PMP, or other relevant designations or certifications are an asset.
  • 8+ years of consulting or human capital strategy experience, preferably in a consulting and client-service environment.
  • Advanced project management skills and tactics, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong people management, relationship building, and leadership skills.
  • Strategic planning and conceptual thinking skills, with a focus on driving business growth and improvement.
