The Opportunity - Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team at eHealth Saskatchewan. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for leading the talent acquisition function and developing and implementing best-in-class strategies to attract top talent in Saskatchewan. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement recruiting programs and strategic initiatives to attract top talent in Saskatchewan * Lead, coach, and mentor a team of talented TA specialists * Partner with HR and business leaders to develop and implement best-in-class strategies in talent acquisition * Design and implement recruiting strategies in partnership with the Director, Organizational Development and the HR Business Partner team * Develop strategies aligned with promoting more diverse talent pools and tapping into local and community partnerships Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field required * Minimum of 3 years of Talent Acquisition leadership experience required * Extensive Talent Acquisition strategy experience including significant change management * Knowledge of applicable provincial legislation and regulations related to employment * Advanced proficiency of full-cycle recruiting with strong decision-making skills What We Offer: * Dynamic, challenging work for talented individuals * A comprehensive benefits package, including pension * Paid vacation, scheduled days off and other types of leave If you are a motivated and experienced talent acquisition professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
