Job Opportunity at Rafih Auto Group

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Oakridge Ford, a member of the Rafih Auto Group. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

About the Role:

  • Assist in the growth of our operations by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in automotive dealership sales
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sales dealership processes and best practices
  • Demonstrated business acumen and ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel and computer applications
  • OMVIC license
