About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Development Manager to lead our engineering teams in building and supporting best-in-class music festival centric technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple groups of engineers in developing and implementing technical strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define engineering vision and technical roadmap.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve team efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Advanced knowledge of application and data architecture, object-oriented programming principles, and prevailing best practices and design patterns.
  • Expert knowledge of agile methodologies, cloud infrastructure architecture, testing methodologies, and version control tools and best practices.
  • Mastery of one or more scripting languages.
