Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Veterinary Assistant to join our team at Court Animal Hospital. In this role, you will provide exceptional care and support to animals undergoing treatment and surgery.

Responsibilities
  • Handle and restrain animals safely and humanely
  • Assist veterinarians during surgical procedures
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Conduct laboratory research and testing
  • Perform administrative tasks and clerical duties
  • Provide nursing care and rehabilitation therapy to animals
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Criminal record check
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a flexible schedule, requiring 30-40 hours of work per week. The working environment is physically demanding and requires attention to detail.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000, depending on experience.
