Currently, we are in search of a devoted and enthusiastic Veterinary Receptionist to join our team and contribute to our mission.

**Position Overview**:
As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our veterinarian and ensuring the seamless operation of our clinic.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive medical records.
- Assisting veterinarians during examinations and procedures.
- Handling and restraining pets as necessary.
- Answering all client communications promptly.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in examination rooms and throughout the clinic.
- Communicating with clients and providing exceptional customer service.
- Educating clients on pet care and preventive health measures.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience as a Veterinary Receptionist is preferred.
- A deep passion for animal welfare and care.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach toward animals and their owners.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
- Prior experience with Cornerstone is preferred.

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Veterinary Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- Front desk veterinary receptionist: 1 year (required)

Work Location: In person
