Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Operator II to join our team at Aspire Bakeries. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to ensure the efficient and safe production of our high-quality baked goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in all operations of production and wrapping, ensuring high-quality products are produced in a timely manner.
  • Relieve all positions within the department for breaks and lunches as required, maintaining a smooth workflow and ensuring all tasks are completed accurately.
  • Follow all company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Ensure that all products meet the company's standards and specifications, adhering to quality control procedures.
  • Complete accurate and legible documentation, maintaining records of production and quality control.
  • Communicate effectively with supervision regarding any food safety or equipment concerns.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing or a food environment.
  • Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to read and write accurate and legible documentation.
Working Conditions
