Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Operator II to join our team at Aspire Bakeries. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to ensure the efficient and safe production of our high-quality baked goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in all operations of production and wrapping, ensuring high-quality products meet company standards.
  • Relieve all positions within the department for breaks and lunches, maintaining productivity and efficiency.
  • Follow established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation, including inventory management and quality control records.
  • Collaborate with supervision to address any food safety or equipment concerns, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Perform other assigned tasks as directed by the Lead/Supervisor, contributing to the overall success of the production team.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing or a food environment.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to read and write accurate and legible records.
Working Conditions

This is a 3rd shift position, with a competitive hourly range of $21.50 - $23.00. Aspire Bakeries LLC values the contributions of each Team Member and offers a comprehensive benefits package to support your success.
