About the Role

Mango Delight is seeking a highly skilled Senior Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our team. In this role, you will be responsible for determining service types and implementing operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine Type of Services: Identify and implement services that align with our restaurant's vision and mission.
  • Operational Procedures: Develop and maintain efficient operational procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Cost Management: Effectively manage costs by pricing products and services strategically.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to protect employees and customers.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and growth.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to build loyalty and reputation.
  • Operations Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives.
Supervision and Work Environment
  • Supervision: Lead a team of more than 20 employees.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, and heavy loads.
