### Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

#### About the Role

As a Retail Store Supervisor at Savers, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our stores. You will be responsible for making important decisions that impact the store's performance and developing and empowering your team members.

* Lead and manage a team of retail store employees to achieve sales and customer service goals
* Make strategic decisions to drive store performance and profitability
* Develop and implement plans to improve store operations and customer experience
* Collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives
