Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all company finances, implementing procedures and internal controls, and managing tight cash flow. They will also be involved in the company's strategy and contribute their knowledge to help the company grow. Additionally, they will supervise a team of 3 employees and manage GST/QST rebates, month-end reporting, and other related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all company finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Implement procedures and internal controls to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Manage tight cash flow and ensure the company's financial stability
  • Contribute to the company's strategy and provide financial expertise to support business growth
  • Supervise a team of 3 employees and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Manage GST/QST rebates and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Prepare and present month-end financial reports to senior management

Requirements:

  • CPA designation (an asset)
  • More than 4 years' experience in the construction industry
  • Experience with Maestro software (an asset)
  • The ambition to evolve professionally and participate in a fast-growing environment

What We Offer:
