Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Logistics Plans
    • Plan and organize the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring timely and efficient receipt and distribution of goods.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies
    • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels.
  • Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure Compliance and Quality
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
    • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of shipping and receiving operations.
  • Lead and Develop Team Members
    • Recruit, train, and develop team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Manage Budget and Resources
    • Manage budget and resources, ensuring efficient use of company assets and minimizing waste.
Requirements
  • Education

Working Conditions
