Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Supervisor
  • At Tradition Fine Foods Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Shipping and Receiving Supervisor to oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize operational logistics.
    • Organize and coordinate tasks to achieve work objectives and ensure smooth operations.
    • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including the requisitioning or ordering of materials, equipment, and supplies.
    • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve organizational goals.
    • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Requirements:
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
    • Judgement and reliability, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Setting:

The successful candidate will be based in a fast-paced food processing environment, working closely with other teams to achieve organizational objectives.
