Executive Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at Southbridge Care Homes. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional leadership and management to our long-term care home in Ottawa.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide overall leadership to ensure the highest quality of care for residents, while maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Manage all financial, physical, and human resources for the various departments.
  • Recruit and develop a high-performing team, fostering an environment focused on knowledge sharing and skill building.
  • Collaborate with residents, families, and the local community to share our mission, vision, and values.
  • Participate in the budgeting process and manage the facility within budget, overseeing accounting operations.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary degree in health or social services, or equivalent experience.
  • Administrator's Certification (minimum 100 hours of instruction time completed or enrolled).
  • Ontario Fire Safety: Training for Owners/Operators Course Certificate.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity in the health or social services sector.
