Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Chief Creative Director to lead the development and production of our clients' world-class direct response TV campaigns. This role combines fundraising acumen with creative leadership, project management, and presentation skills.

  • Lead concept development through final project completion in collaboration with our VP of Fundraising Strategy
  • DIRECTING AND COLLABORATING WITH OUR IN-HOUSE CREATIVE EDITORS AND GRAPHICS TEAM TO PRODUCE COMMERCIALS THAT MEET AND EXCEED CLIENT EXPECTATIONS
  • SOURCING, DIRECTING, AND COLLABORATING WITH A NETWORK OF FREELANCERS AND CREATIVE AGENCIES TO AUGMENT OUR IN-HOUSE TEAM FOR THE PRODUCTION OF CONCEPTS AND COMMERCIALS
Requirements and Qualifications

This challenging role requires a strong understanding of DRTV best practices, emerging techniques, and trends for CTV, YouTube, and other connected channels. You should also be open to learning, adapting, growing, and evolving alongside our creative team.

Apart from expertise in DRTV, marketing, and brand, this role demands:
