We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing printers and providing technical assistance with computer software pertaining to printer installations.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Install printers and provide technical assistance with computer software pertaining to printer installations
  • Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, email, or remote login
  • Recommend hardware and software improvements for optimal printer functionality
  • Track customer issues and resolutions

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in IT required, preferably knowledge on printer installation
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills; willingness to learn
  • Printer/copier and laptop/desktop experience, technical training, or equivalent combination of education and technical experience
  • Knowledge of using diagnostic tools, service aids, and product schematics, to assess and resolve equipment and system failures
  • Ability to maintain and complete accurate record keeping and processing of paperwork
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel
