Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team at STERIS. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing sterilization equipment and medical devices. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on sterilization equipment and medical devices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment and devices
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and products
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in a related field
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
