As a Field Service Technician, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, installing and maintaining printers and other equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Install printers and provide technical assistance with computer software pertaining to printer installations
  • Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, email, or remote login
  • Recommend hardware and software improvements for optimal printer functionality
  • Track customer issues and resolutions

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license (we provide a vehicle)
  • Excellent people skills
  • Computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • A College diploma or University degree would be great but are not required
  • Previous technical experience with printing and IT or a recent graduate with technical experience
  • English fluency is mandatory, and you must be eligible to work in Canada
