About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Science Engineer to join our Agile team in Mississauga, Ontario. As a key member of our People Insights Area of Practice, you will work closely with data science and business intelligence teams to develop and maintain robust data pipelines and data management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement data pipelines using Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms
  • Partner with data science and business intelligence teams to understand business needs and co-create solutions
  • Deliver highly accurate and available data to enable downstream insights and drive business value
  • Develop and maintain robust data management systems
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
  • Advanced degrees or certifications in technical or leadership competencies can be advantageous
  • Strong experience with Python, particularly with Pandas
  • Snowflake or similar cloud data platform experience preferred
