About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our Agile team in the People Insights Area of Practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust data pipelines and data management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement data pipelines using cloud-based data platforms, such as Snowflake.
  • Collaborate with data science and business intelligence teams to understand business needs and co-create solutions.
  • Develop and maintain data management systems to ensure secure, well-validated data across multiple system domains.
  • Partner with other squad members to align with long-term strategy for People Insights.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Advanced degrees or certifications in technical or leadership competencies can be advantageous.
  • Strong experience with Python, particularly with Pandas.
  • Snowflake or similar cloud data platform experience preferred.
