About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our Agile team in the People Insights Area of Practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust data pipelines and data management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and data management systems to support business needs
  • Partner closely with data science and business intelligence teams to understand business requirements and co-create solutions
  • Deliver highly accurate and available data to enable downstream insights and drive business value
  • Develop new pipelines based on defined requirements with minimal guidance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our data engineering practices remain best-in-class
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
  • Advanced degrees or certifications in technical or leadership competencies can be advantageous
  • Strong experience with Python (Pandas preferred) and cloud data platforms (Snowflake or similar)
