As a Paid Media Strategist at Paramount Pictures, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user acquisition campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, App, and CTV platforms to drive Monthly Active Users (MAUs).

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop, implement, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, App, and CTV platforms to drive MAUs.
  2. Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to enhance business results.
  3. Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, forecasting key performance metrics and maintaining a pacing.
  4. Continuously test and refine strategies within existing or new platforms to enhance user acquisition efforts.
Requirements
  1. 4+ years of experience in user acquisition or digital marketing roles, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple marketing platforms.
  2. Proficiency in using MMPs (Kochava or Appsflyer) and analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  3. Experience with programmatic platforms.
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
