Job Title: Vice President, Customer Platforms

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our Information Technology team as Vice President of Customer Platforms. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, this role will play a key part in driving digital transformation and developing innovative, customer-focused digital products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that integrates advanced technologies such as AI/ML, RPA, and cloud computing.
  • Lead the development and deployment of innovative digital products and solutions, including CRM, web/mobile, and call center technologies.
  • Champion digital innovation and enhanced customer experiences while driving agility and efficiency through operational excellence.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years' experience building and delivering innovative digital customer platform strategies for a significant, high-profile organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams/projects in a cross-functional environment and build successful relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to understand change impacts and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Experience in creating and executing a systems & project-specific analytics strategy.
  • Skilled in guiding and overseeing the successful delivery of projects within their domain.
