Job Title: Vice President, Customer PlatformsWe are seeking a highly experienced Vice President to lead our digital transformation efforts and drive the development of innovative, customer-focused digital products and solutions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building and delivering digital customer platform strategies for a significant organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that integrates advanced technologies such as AI/ML, RPA, and cloud computing.
- Lead the development and deployment of innovative digital products and solutions, including CRM, web/mobile, and call center technology.
- Manage teams and projects in a cross-functional environment and build successful relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Drive agility and efficiency through operational excellence and champion digital innovation and enhanced customer experiences.
- 10+ years' experience in building and delivering digital customer platform strategies for a significant organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams and projects in a cross-functional environment and build successful relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to understand change impacts and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Knowledge of digital strategy, planning/budgeting, and financial management processes and frameworks.
- Experience in creating and executing a systems and project-specific analytics strategy.
