Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Auto Claims Advisor to join our team at Sécurité Nationale Compagnie d'Assurance. As an Auto Claims Advisor, you will play a critical role in facilitating and coordinating claims from start to finish, ensuring seamless customer experiences and timely resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers throughout the claims process, providing clear guidance and explanations of their coverage and entitlements.
  • Gather and verify required information and documentation to ensure thorough and complete claims compilations.
  • Reconcile estimates from various vendors to ensure accurate settlements for damages sustained to customers' vehicles.
  • Contribute to team productivity objectives by maintaining a positive file count and open/close ratio.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders, as well as external vendors, to ensure efficient claims processing and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • One or more years of claims adjusting experience, with a strong understanding of insurance policies and procedures.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Superior time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Proven ability to negotiate positive outcomes when reasonably possible.
  • Demonstrated clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, with a well-practiced active listening approach.
  • Strong ability to conduct thorough investigations, analyze evidence, and identify discrepancies or gaps in data and reports.
  • Demonstrated support for company process improvements and a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
