Job Summary:

The Interim Security Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Waterford Hospital security team. This includes managing the 24-hour operations, supervising Security Shift Leads and team members, and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements such as Occupational Health and Safety and Fire and Life Safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the security team to ensure effective delivery of services

Supervise Security Shift Leads and team members to ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Monitor and report on key performance indicators

Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve security operations

Collaborate with the Emergency Management team to respond to major incidents and disasters

Requirements:

2 years of experience in a similar vertical

Background in trauma-informed care

Certification in ICS 100, ICS 200, and/or other recognized Emergency Management

Strong communication and leadership skills

Competitive hourly rate of $26.75

40-hour work weeks with varying shifts
