Key Responsibilities- Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure seamless hotel operations, including staff management, guest services, and facilities maintenance.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
