Restaurant General Manager Job Description

SHREEJI FOOD INC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs, authorize senior staff positions, and coordinate the work of regions or departments.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization, formulate or approve policies and programs, and represent the organization in negotiations or official functions.
  • Operational Management: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments, and ensure the effective allocation of resources.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
