Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team at Alert Guard Security Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination
The Security Supervisor will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating the activities of our security team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Client SupportThe successful candidate will also be responsible for assisting clients with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that their needs are met.
Reporting and CommunicationThe Security Supervisor will be responsible for preparing and submitting progress reports, as well as communicating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements- Education
A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
ExperienceThe successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a security-related role.
CertificationsA Security Guard License is required.
Work EnvironmentThe Security Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet deadlines and ensure the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

The successful candidate will have excellent oral communication skills and be able to provide exceptional customer service.
FlexibilityThe Security Supervisor will be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Organizational SkillsThe successful candidate will have strong organizational skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
