Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Securiforce Security Services.
Job Summary:The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring they are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of clients and their properties.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor security operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective security strategy.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a security supervisory role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing security teams and operations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
The Security Supervisor will work in a variety of locations, including office buildings, shopping centers, and other commercial properties.
Physical Demands:- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
