Security Supervisor

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Securiforce Security Services. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of our clients, ensuring the safety and security of their personnel and assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the point of contact for emergency situations and handle them in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel.
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Establish work schedules and procedures.
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a security-related field.
- Ability to work on site and be available to work at various locations.
- Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
