Job Summary:

Living Libations, a leading manufacturer and e-commerce company in organic beauty care, natural oral care, and wildcrafted essential oils, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Inventory Specialist to support the raw materials and componentry inventory, production supplies demand, distribution of raw materials, accurate record keeping, and maintaining min/max stock levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including raw materials, componentry, and production supplies.
  • Coordinate the distribution of raw materials and componentry to ensure timely delivery and optimal warehouse efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, and Sales leaders to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to improve stock turnover and reduce waste.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless inventory management and supply chain operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in warehouse inventory management, with a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to understand and interpret inventory-related transactions.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software, such as Unleashed Inventory Program, or similar.
  • Experience with systems management (ERP – Inventory Management) and Microsoft office skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on problem-solving and logical thinking.
  • Basic data analysis and pattern recognition skills, with the ability to identify trends and areas for improvement.
